In a qualitative study commissioned by the National Council of Social Service (NCSS), LCSI aims to generate findings and recommendations to be communicated to social service leaders, to answer key questions such as:

  1. What are the factors contributing to professionals’ commitment to the social sector?

  2. What are the factors hindering their commitment?

  3. What can be done to improve professionals' commitment to and retention in the sector?
