Reducing Food Wastage One Neighborhood at a Time

GoodHood.SG collaborates with Divert For 2nd Life (D2L) and others to organize food rescue drives. At events like these, residents get to bring grocery bags and fill them with groceries and rescued foods. Through this initiative, GoodHood.SG and D2L hope to both reduce the cost of living and reduce food waste in the community.
The What's Good in the Hood (WGITH) project aims to highlight various community projects in Singapore that helps to create a more vibrant, just, and inclusive society. The project collects stories of service done in the community, for the community and by the community with the aim to spotlight various community service models within Singapore.
