The 24 Hours Community Library that Never Closes

Inspired by the Kampung “no locked door” policy, Kae Chee created a community library - the HV Little Library, with just a single shelf and some books. Everything at the library is 100% donated by the community and the library is open for anyone to read, play, and build relationships, bringing the Kampung spirit into the modern day.
The What's Good in the Hood (WGITH) project aims to highlight various community projects in Singapore that helps to create a more vibrant, just, and inclusive society. The project collects stories of service done in the community, for the community and by the community with the aim to spotlight various community service models within Singapore.
